Returns
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us at support@tryrestoraneck.com within 60 days of receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. You'll need to arrange and pay for your own return shipping. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please request a return before sending anything back — items returned without a request won't be accepted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. If a return package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@tryrestoraneck.com and we will take responsibility for resolving the issue.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@tryrestoraneck.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement — no need to return the original. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a replacement.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
EU customers
If you're in the EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, no reason required. Same conditions apply: item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
